What is a doula?

I provide supportive, compassionate care without judgement, recognising that every fertility,
pregnancy, birth and parenting journey is unique.

My aim is to help families feel confident, prepared and emotionally supported.
Whether that is navigating a long awaited IVF pregnancy, planning for birth/Vbac or caesarean or
adjusting to life with a new baby.

I value creating a calm and trusting relationship with families so they feel comfortable asking
questions, expressing concerns and making informed choice around care.

Every family deserves to feel heard, informed, respected and supported throughout their journey.

With over 12 years of experience as a birth and post natal doula I offer a warm non judgemental
approach and adapt my support to each family and their individual need and circumstances.

I am Carrot approved
